Q: Do you offer a military discount?

A: Yes, If you are in the military, a veteran, or police officer we give you a discount. Please Contact us and we will send you the discount code. Thank you for your service.

Q: Can I choose which direction the mirror will open?

A: Yes, the Stealth Wall is built so that it can either open left or right.

When installing, decide which way you want the mirror to open and flip the insert over to allow the Stealth Wall to open in the correct direction.

Q: How much distance is needed for the door to open?

A: There should be at least 16 inches on the side to allow the mirror to slide open fully.

Q: What is your turnaround time when ordering a Stealth Wall?

At Covert Concepts we try our best to keep a variety of Stealth Walls in stock. But, if your option is not readily available, please allow us up to three to four weeks before delivery. We appreciate your patience as we carefully hand build every Stealth Wall at our shop in North Carolina.

Q: What are the dimensions of the large Stealth Wall?

A: The usable inside dimensions are 13″ wide x 56″ tall x 4″ deep.
The outside dimensions of the insert are 14″ wide x 56″ tall x 3 3/4″ deep.

The outside picture frame size is 19″ wide x 62″ tall.

A: The usable dimensions are 13” wide x 13” tall x 4” deep.

Q: If the mirror brakes, can the contents of the unit be seen or accessed?

A: We use very durable 1/4 inch glass for the mirror and install a 1/4 inch piece of plywood behind it. If the mirror does get broken it will appear as if it’s just the backing of a normal frame.

Q: My Stealth Wall arrived with a broken mirror. How do I get it replaced?

A: If you purchased a Stealth wall and it arrived with a broken mirror please contact us here so we can start the replacement process.

Q: Do you ship to Canada?

A: Yes, we can ship to Canada but the customer is responsible for arranging to pay the brokerage and duty fees.
